In it's 8th year, Captain Kids Tri is a triathlon just for kids! There are FOUR divisions, Mates (USAT age 11-14), and Mini Mates (USAT ages 6-10) with different course distances. In addition, we've added a CAPTAIN'S WAVE FOR MATES (Same distances as the Mates ) and a CAPTAIN'S WAVE FOR MINI MATES (Same distances for the Mini Mates). SEE DETAILS BELOW! Race limited to 500 participants at this time!

The race will be through the beautiful new master-planned community of Tavola.

Registration is now open for the 2nd Annual YMCA Duathlon (Run/Bike/Run) on Saturday, August 13, 7:30am at the new Holcomb Y location. Youth, ages 7 – 15, are eligible to register and experience the fun and excitement of triathlon. It’s a morning of friendly competition and physical activity that can lead to a lifetime of fitness. The event is designed for all levels. Previous experience is not required.

Short Course (10 Years & Under): 50-Yard Swim, 2-Mile Bike, 1/2-Mile Run

Long Course (Over 10 Years): 100-Yard Swim, 4-Mile Bike, 1.15-Mile Run
